I love Paradox! Hands down the best breakfast in Portland. Good non-vegan food also, as i've heard from omnis who i've brought there. Service is great too. Servers remember customers. Very friendly. Huge portions and great value. The Vegan Benedict and Vegan Nachos are awesome!
