- One of my favourites
Edmonton really only has about 5 vegetarian / Vegan restaurants. Mosaics is a busy place with lots of energy and louder music always playing. The food is pretty good overall and quality ingredients. I love the Happy Cow! The salads are great and large too. I have also had some of the best, creative soups here and some excellent beverages. They are also licensed and serve craft beers etc. They do serve dairy but most anything can be made vegan too.
