All organic and mostly Irish sourced health foods. Nuts, grains, pulses, spreads etc They have a lot of veg, not all is on display, be sure to check the white board and ask for what else you'd like from the back stores. Prices are similar to those in high street health stores so worth buying from here to support the independent store They also have eco friendly detergents etc and a small amount of hygiene products for ladies.
