  • AMAZING

I have been to a lot of vegan restaurants, and some that are just unbelievably amazing, like Candle 79 in NY. Plant is one of those. First, their entire drink list is vegan, so you don't have to ask or google if they have vegan wine, because it all is. I've been to all vegan restaurants that serve alcohol that it is not vegan, which is really strange. The Plant Cheese starter is delicious! House made cashew cheeses and bread with Pinot Grigio to start. Delicious! The Walnut Crusted Seitan with pureed cauliflower "mashed potatoes" and broccolini was unreal. I was so full, in a great way, so I ordered the Blackout Pie to go but opted for the cinnamon "coconut ice cream" instead of the banana monkey punch. This was amazing! I also tried bites of the brussell sprouts with hazelnuts and the the Risotto with mushrooms - YUM! Jesse, our waiter, was awesome as was the rest of the staff. I told Jesse to please open up Plant in Atlanta and start selling their "cheese" online or in stores. Small place with great atmosphere, open kitchen, simple clean decor... Perfect vegan dinner and dining experience. Updated from previous review on Monday November 17, 2014 Updated from previous review on Monday November 17, 2014
