- HIdden Gem
Located in a sleepy strip mall in quiet Hillsborough, this restaurant is a surprise! It is relatively small and the ambiance leaves something to be desired but the food is quite good. The owner and his wife are quite nice and you can tell that they make the food to order and do so very lovingly. Lots of influence from different cultures (Caribbean, Southeast Asian, African, etc.) If this place was closer I'd be there once a week!
