I had read about this place on happycow and stopped in here in June 2012. Here's my Encinitas Whole Foods review. It's similar to the typical Whole Foods market. Stocks a wide range of everything. There's even some seating outside for eating and resting. Located right in downtown on the main shopping & dining drag.
