- So pleased to see a true vegan eatery in Vegas
True vegan restaurants are rare in Las Vegas, so I am really happy to see that my dear friend Chef Mayra has now opened her cute bistro with her excellent, flavorful latin-influenced vegan food! Her dishes will please absolutely everybody - vegan or not! She adds so much flavor and many transition food items like vegan cheese and meats, so I truly believe that even non-veg eaters will have a hard time resisting her food! Try the amazing Latintude Burrito or her bean dip. If she has flautas or empanadas on the day you are going there - make sure to order them fast before they are gone - simply addictive!
