This chain is owned by the Four Seas group and their huge portfolio of meat and seafood. I've no issue with non-vegetarians owning / managing vegetarian restaurants as long as they are rigorous to ensure all they stock / offer is vegetarian. I've made management aware of the prolific use of cow, pig , fish extract etc t remove yeast in wine making. They just don't seem to care though. I'd rate places like this at zero or negative if happycow would let me. As other have said the food is overpriced. Updated from previous review on 2017-01-19
