- Our first all-vegan establishment!
I was pretty proud to help back this on Kickstarter along with the rest of the Louisville vegan community. We're lucky to have Stanley running this thing and driving it all over town! Recently he's featured Bahn Mi hot dogs, teriyaki burgers, 'chicken' salad sliders, and 'beefy' queso with chips. In the past he's had buffalo tempeh and his seitan is out of this world! If you're going to be in Louisville, check his website, Facebook, or Twitter, and see where the truck is going to be. It's definitely worth it. Go vegan!
