- Friendly staff, small but great selection and healthy vegan food
I've been to the restaurant at Antonio Varra as well as one of the shops on Merced. A friend works at both locales and while that may make me biased about the service, all the workers of Planta Maestra are rad Chileans as far as I've experienced. The menu del dia should be cheaper on weekends and I'd say just to order from the other options if you don't want to throw down 6500 pesos. Oh and their desserts are really amazing :)
