An overwhelming salad bar with many vegetarian options and you take as much as you like. Then there's a choice of different soups, pasta-dishes and different focaccia, again multiple choice for a vegetarian and freshly prepared.Desserts and drinks are all included. All food tastes honest and fresh and is tasty. Can be crowded late afternoon, but much quieter in the evening. Very pleasant service and cheap. What a great place if you want to escape the Las Vegas madness.
