We didn't expect Salt Lake City to have such a brilliant vegan cafe. The food is gourmet quality and the staff are excellent. This is a surprisingly classy place; ideal for most occasions - including a romantic evening. There's even the option on Tuesday nights of stuffing your face with pizza until you explode. All for $11. They also have an awesome oatmeal stout - ideal for people who loved Guinness until they realised it was made with fish.
