Trader Joes is much like Whole Foods in the sense that they both are packed full of healthier/organic options and items that you may not be able to find elsewhere. Trader Joes though is much smaller than Whole Foods so although you will not be able to find EVERYTHING you may want, you can find most of it and at a much cheaper cost. They have lots of organic produce available and it is much cheaper than most organic produce you will find at other grocery stores. Also they do not add artificial ingredients in their store brand and almost everything you try of theirs is delicious. They also have samples every time you go. Wonderful place for the health conscious, vegans, and vegetarians as well as the carnivorous.
