Fantastic. As a chef and longtime vegan I was absolutely thrilled with this restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful and filling. We had the tempeh spring rolls (baked, not fried) with pickled vegetables, smoothies, the Santa Fe burger, the falafel wrap and desserts. The desserts were a little underwhelming (in comparison to Cafe Sunflower in Atlanta), but everything else was really great. Certainly rivals Candle Cafe in NYC for best vegetarian restaurant I've visited. Oh, and it didn't hurt that they played Bob Dylan the entire time we were there. Wish we lived closer.
