Gobble Green has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First my delivery took an extremely long time. There was a month wait to even receive the shipment. Fine. They said I would receive it by April 9 when in fact I found out via the Fedex notice that it was to be SHIPPED by April 9th. Then somehow the shipment got stuck in transit and never was delivered. When I emailed to follow up no one responded. Then I called again and left a lengthy message asking what happened to my shipment. Someone called me the next day (I just missed the call) and had the nerve to email me immediately after that call on April 25 and say: "We have rescheduled your date to be shipped out for this Monday 4.30.2012 I did try to call you , but your voice mail box is full so i could not leave a message for u. Sorry about the mix up, enjoy your food". The email annoyed me because I didn't get an answer to what happened to my original shipment which was supposed to have arrived on April 9, it implied that they actually called me after my first email which they had not -- (they called me only right before they emailed me), and they were very nonchalant (look at their use of "u" and inadequate punctuation). I immediately emailed them back asking them what happened (and really I should be compensated because I had planned my week on receiving that week's worth of food). No answer. Emailed them again two days later. No answer. Finally got a response, completely unresponsive to my valid questions as a customer who has been waiting for weeks to get her food (I ordered this back in early March): "Hello, I do apologize for this delay and lack of response. I do show you shipping out the week of 4-30-12. You will receive a confirmation from FedEX that Monday with your ETA. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you" They basically ignored my question about what happened to my original shipment. From April 9th to April 30th -- that's almost a month delay! This is without considering the fact that there was already a month's wait from the time I ordered to the time I was suppose to have received the order. So I wrote another email. No response. And I wrote yet another email. No response and it's been 4 days. I wrote on their FB page on a Friday evening at 8pm and they immediately erased my comment & blocked me from commenting again. Maybe they should get off of fb and start responding to clients. Very disapppointing.
