Morning Glory is definitely the best place for breakfast in Eugene. Most menu items (which include rotating specials) can be made vegan, the coffee is good, and the service is generally friendly and prompt, even when it's busy , which it usually is on weekends. It is a little steep for breakfast compared to some other places (entrees are in the $9 range), but it is generally worth it. Try the Fusion, biscuits and gravy, French toast, and Happy Morning Sandwich.
