- Great Experience
I visited the Lotus Garden this past weekend with my daughter and a friend. All the food was great. I had the Cashew Vegetables. The service was efficient, the wait staff friendly. I plan to visit again next time I'm in Eugene. The only confusing thing about this place is that they use a lot of faux meet products but call them chicken, fish, or beef on the menu. It IS a vegan restaurant and these items are all soy based but just reading the menu does not make that clear.
