- Vegan friendly and tasty
I showed up, unannounced, on a Thursday evening. As others have mentioned in their reviews, there is a vegetarian 3-set menu. When I asked the chef if it would be possible to have the vegan version, he understood immediately what that means, and he could make a vegan version on the fly. Both the chef and the woman handling the customers were very helpful. The first dish was a salad containing, among other things, beets and melon, which I enjoyed. The second dish, was a tomato "beef", served with different vegetables. It is the best tomato dish I've ever eaten, with a very intense tomato taste. For desert, he served a poached pear.
