Update October 2023: food still good... now 12.000 pesos for the meal of the day. ---------- People start arriving around noon. Just take a seat and they will bring you the meal of the day (if you arrive early, just sit there and wait... they will start serving around noon). On the day I visited, the lunch of the day came with cream of vegetable soup, brown rice, bean-carrot-tomato mix, a fried piece of mock meat, choice of juice or soymilk, and a small dessert. The waitress told me that they are open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 but the manager told me they were open until 5:00 p.m.... who knows?
