- Tasty, often fast and always exceptional value
Good for south Indian classics, with most of the vegetarian options being vegan. All dishes are medium to hot, so not great for kids. Also not much in the way of green or fresh vegetables. However, the flavours are great and the dosas and utapams perfect. I'd seriously recommend the Gobi Manchurian as a side dish, and the Special Masala Dosa, Capiscum Utapam or Chana Battura as lovely stand alone meals for about three quid each. There's also an amazing curry full of whole garlic cloves - surprisingly delicious. The buffet is ok for veggies/vegans if you are very hungry, but usually better value to go for something off the menu. Centrally located a short walk from the main shopping street and station, and next to Central Library.
