- great food just off Independence Square
"The Vegetarian" is a two minute walk from the Independence Monument in the middle of Phenom Pheng on street 19 heading north towards the royal palace. Variety, great tasting food, good service, reasonable prices and a chilled atmosphere. I have returned for all these reasons.
