It is located in a Subdivision. If you don't have a private car just ride a tricycle so you will not be lost. Pipino is on the 2nd floor. 1st floor is Bar that serves meat. The food is okay but a little bit pricey. What i like is the nice vibe and it's interior. We ate vegan lasagna and their specialty drinks Pino iced tea with vegan cake.
