- We love L'Impossible
Excellent contemporary Italian cuisine using very good local ingredients (mostly cereals, vegetables and legumes). There are always several vegetarian options and at least one vegan option. The cook is vegetarian himself and is glad to accommodate requests. The staff is very nice and the place is beautiful. During the weekend there are live jazz concerts and the atmosphere is great. We have been there twice and both times we found it excellent. It is a bit expensive, but it is worth the price.
