This place is fabulous. Staff was really friendly. My partner and I split a breakfast burrito and an avocado sandwich. The breakfast burrito was huge and filled with beans, eggs and vegetables with an amazing layering of flavors. The avocado sandwich was light and refreshing. They are prepared to make vegan just about everything on the menu as they have tofu and vegan cheese ready to go. The desserts looked enticing, but we were too full to try. Looking forward to going back again. Pomegranate doesn't have a sign from the street and we were visiting from Tucson so it was a little tricky to find. It's in the same plaza as the Safeway back in the corner next to a yoga studio, so just look for that.
