I ordered shoes off the site and came to Guelph on a day trip, so I requested to pick them up in town. The husband and wife team who operate LAVA happily came to meet me on a Sunday (and let me try them on first). Super nice people. If I lived in Guelph they would be me go-to vegan product sellers. My only criticism would be the very limited selection.
