this was a nice surprise, a new-to-us paris restaurant that completely accommodated our vegan diet. and wow, the food was delicIOUS (they're use of herbs was spot-on)! plus the cool vibe of the place, the friendly staff...and they even apologized at dessert time about not having a vegan option for us. they said they'd love us to email them vegan dessert recipes because they've been searching for good ones! overall, this was special for us because it was off the beaten path, it had an underground feeling that didn't make us feel we were in a crunchy granola veg resto. nice to go for a post-dinner walk on the canal.
