- Lived up to the hype
Whenever I had told anyone that I would be going to Wilmington, they all told me that I needed to try Flaming Amy's. I went with a hefty appetite and was blown away by the different options. I was able to build my own burrito bowl and add eggplant (I think it was grilled?), several other veggies, black beans, rice, and veggie chili. They have an awesome salsa bar that has a LOT of choices and is fresh. The food came out quickly and there was a lot of it. Prices weren't that bad, either!
