Located in a lovely central square, this place offers a nicely laid out buffet. When we went there, we found the staff to be helpful and a bunch of vegan options. There are not a lot of other veggie choices in Aix. I was told that Cafe des Mots has vegetarian options, but it was closed when we went there. There is also an excellent Lebanese place in the Palace of Justice square, it has a great vegan plate. Otherwise...not too many choices in Aix for Happy Cow members.
