On a recent trip to New Hope, I researched vegan restaurants and was very happy to find the Sprig & Vine and excited to see their support for sourcing local, sustainable produce. I had the Eggplant and Black Lentil curry, the Oyster Mushroom appetizer and the strawberry rhubarb tart for dessert. All were very fresh and flavorful and the service was courteous and prompt. I am also really happy that their take-out containers are compostable and when I asked for no straw in my Beet Lemonade, no straw was brought. I will definitely be eating there on my next trip to the area. This is not really a "con" so I will just add it here, the dishes are quite mild in "heat" so some people may like to ask for hot sauce or extra "heat". Updated from previous review on 2017-07-29
