- Some of the best vegan food in the country
Located off the beaten path of New Hope, PA, this might be the best vegan fast casual restaurant in the country that no one knows about. I took my parents here for their mothers day brunch (we were in town for my brothers wedding), and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals. The platings were all great, the flavor combinations all worked. Being a pre fixe menu we all seemed to order different items and were able to share bites of everything. Would have loved to try their regular brunch or dinner menus as they sounded great also. Do not sleep on Sprig and Vine!
