- Good for what it has
My biggest disappointment is that Naturaleza seems about 1/10th the size of what I would think Managua could support. It reminds me of a typical health food store of 1980 in Oympia Washington. It has a large assortment of "medicine" and body care products but the food selection is pretty small. You can find brown rice, sugar-free peanut butter, soy flour and such. You also find a lot of Gringas shopping there -- the kind you would have found in that store in Olympia.
