I prefer this co-op over MOM's so very much! First of all, they prepare some food in the store which is always a plus. In the dessert case, they'll always have two vegan cookies - chocolate chip and snickerdoodle - and many times they'll have a third, unique option such as a scone. They almost always have a vegan option in the hot food section as well - and they label the ingredients so you can see for yourself what goes into their food. I had an experience where I accidentally bought something labeled as vegan, yet I noticed (once in my car) it had butter as an ingredient. The manager tried calling their supplier to find out whether it was vegan butter or not, but they couldn't reach them, so they gave me a refund and immediately pulled the rest and labeled them as vegetarian instead. I say this just to warn people - always check the labels!! - and to show that they really do care about their customers.
