The prices are decent, the staff is extremely kind, the inventory robust, and the food tasty! They have a strong environmental mission and support local farmers, and the owner is extremely down-to-earth and kind. The hot bar can be pricy, but the food is good. If you bring reusable bags, they give you a chip that you can use to decide which organization they donate money too.
