Among the best meals I've ever had! Every single course hit it out of the proverbial park. I agree with other reviewers who say Encuentro is as good as Millennium, but cheaper (though not that much cheaper, unfortunately). (And Millennium has the occasional uninspired dish; when I tried Encuentro, the meal was consistently great from beginning to end.) Everything can be made vegan except the cheese plate (and they even have a vegan cheese plate, so I guess everything can be made vegan including the cheese plate).
