  • SE Division - awesome funkiness

Visiting Portland, we were new to the concept of food trucks congregated together. That is where we found Back to Eden Bakery. I'm glad we didn't go to their main location, because we would have missed the eclectic experience of the SE Division location. We visited this location on three different occasions during our stay in Portland. My spouse and I both loved their savory tarts. We especially enjoyed the Spinach and Mushroom tart and Tomato with Cashew Cream. They were both amazing and filling. On the sweet side, I enjoyed the coconut cream pies, both chocolate and lemon. My spouse loved the chocolate peanut butter toffee bar. On one trip, I took advantage of their ice cream and enjoyed a shake for the first time in over five years. This location provided outdoor seating for all the food trucks, so you could end up sharing a table with anyone. Every time we went, the place was crowded, but always with good-natured folks.
