  • A chance to eat in a buddhist temple!

The location of this canteen moved from the dingy, fun, very local looking canteen to the more spiffy, cleaned up location it is at today. Still on the site of the temple but not as colorful or fun as before! Also, the price of a basic bowl of noodles has increased since I first started eating here to 15kwai, but it is still worth it. The noodles are delicious and inexpensive. You pay at the front desk and are given a ticket. Bring the ticket to the serving window and they will give you your bowl. Complimentary basic condiments on the tables are either how tea or soy milk available.
