- Classic good-quality restaurant
Classical Chinese vegetarian restaurant, oldest in town. Be sure to check that you have the new address of the restaurant as it has quite recently moves: http://www.beijingimpression.com/restaurant/Gongdelin-vegetarian-restaurant-Beijing.shtml (this is the new venue) Chinese style furniture and decoration, peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. Large menu with lots of mockmeat dishes, but also salads etc. Tested this with meat-eater and he also liked what he got. "Meat pie" was delicious.
