- Delicious bakery!
The bakery was just as good as I'd hoped- I tried the coffee cake (made with vegan sour cream, mmm), a cowvin cookie (oatmeal cream pie style), and a carrot cake cupcake, and all were delicious!! The tofu scramble wasn't quite as exciting, but I was really there for the sweets anyway :-) I'd say they definitely lived up to the hype!!
