- Super convenient and good food
I was in the city on a Sunday afternoon, and I was looking for a quick, cheap vegan meal. When I got to Vege Rama, I noticed that it was the only place in the food court that was busy. Always a good sign. Once I got to the front of the queue, I ordered the five dollar dahl and rice. The meal was pretty substantial considering the price, definitely the best value meal I know of in Brisbane. It wasn't the best dahl I've ever had, but it definitely held up. Ultimately, if you're in the city and you're looking for a decent cheap vegan meal, Vege Rama is probably your best option.
