- Great food, casual atmosphere/now 100% vegan
I found the selection of vegan choices here really great. The food was served quickly and was really good. I had dinner here one night and came back for breakfast the next day. The servers were all nice and were willing to answer questions. Obviously I would come here again since I already did! Watercourse has gone 100% vegan since my last visit to Denver. We are here 3 times this trip sampling a wide variety of the menu. Everything was delicious. How I'd love to have a Watercourse near me. I'd never cook again.... casual restaurant - highly recommended! Updated from previous review on 2013-05-29
