The atmosphere of the Mercury Café is what really sells it. It has such an ethereal vibe which is just lovely to escape bustling downtown Denver a few blocks away. The food is a bit mediocre with the vegan options lacking a bit in flavor. However, it is still good and most everything is local and organic - a big plus!
