- If you only eat ONE place in Grand Rapids:
Make it the Brick Road Pizza Company. I'm serious. Best veggie burgers ever (and I have eaten vegan all over the country) vegan alfredo and even potato skins, open late, friendly staff who doesn't make you feel like you should be sorry you are asking for vegan options (like at snotty Gaia)!
