Best vegan Philly cheese steak ever!!! I'm not kidding. I really wish I lived in Philly so that I could eat this sandwich on a regular basis. This sandwich really stands out from the typical vegan Philly. The texture of the seitan was perfect, it was shredded and moist/chewy and the sauce was to die for. I can't even describe it but it was a much different, and well received, take on the Philly cheese steak. They do not serve the sandwiches during dinner so be sure to head over there for lunch. You will not be disappointed!
