- Charming café in the heart of Weimar
We went to the Estragon und Rosmarin in Weimar on our tour through central Germany and really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful about vegan options which weren't marked on that day. We had a very tasty corn tomato soup and salad as well as organic juice and hot chocolate and even got a little discount. There is an organic shop attached to the cafe aswell but since it was Sunday, it was closed unfortunately. The cafe is also conveniently located right on Herderplatz so you can marvel at the church and watch people walking by.
