Visited on 8th June 2009. Showed the vegan passport to the staff on the self service counter. The response was "everything has butter" Not a good vegan experiance becaues he was happy for me to go back to the table with diced lettuce and cucumber, olive oil and a popperdom. Only 98 euro cents though. Really means he couldn't be bothered to cook something different. It was just: that's all we have, so 'next please' Must depend on who is on duty but he could not understand the problem with cows milk. Something to do with the importance of the cow in Hare Krishna culture I think. Not busy on the night I went so they could have done somthing. Only other option to go into the kitchen and cook it myslef perhaps?
