I ate the Kilimanjaro Quesadilla and I’m grateful. The SIE sauce (Silken tufu, Braggs Amino acid, nutritional yeast combination) set it off! It’s topped with vegan cheese sauce (SIE sauce), wild rice blend, season blackened tofu, black beans, sautéed portobello mushrooms, mock chicken salad, carrot un tuna salsa, corn, guacamole, sauté broccoli, chopped kale, sprouts.
