- organic tofu please
love the jamaican tofu scramble, though it was a little greasy last time. do make a point of letting them know you're vegetarian and to cook your potatoes where meat juice has been cleaned off. their eggs are organic, but their tofu is not. very sad. had to go down to three cows for that reason. i'm not fond of gmo.
