- Good Food, Chilly Atmosphere
Despite the delicious utthapam, sambhar and chutney, the service - which is a little on the bitchy side - compelled us to seek alternate dining options. Friendly service tends to make up for average fare, whereas great food can never make up for unpleasant service. Such a shame, when Woodlands clearly offers the more superior cuisine of the veg Indian eateries in Penang. Updated from previous review on 2017-02-12
