This has been said in another review but this is pretty close to my favourite restaurant in Shanghai. STAFF/SERVICE: Prompt and professional. Their systems are good and all staff seem quite well trained. They don't speak much English, but YOU ARE IN CHINA no one seemed to complain staff didn't speak Chinese in Australia - funny that. Anyway, the staff are very pleasant and they always try their best work out what I am saying in my garbled Chinese. PRESENTATION: The restaurant is extremely clean! Staff are well presented and the toilets are immaculate. I have had a peek in the kitchen and its shiny white. I even like the design! Lots of slate and dark wood. FOOD: Great menu! Lots of different dishes and the menu has pictures. Food is very well presented, great flavours, lots of choice. DUMPLING TEST: 4 of 5!!!!
