- Perfect health food store!
I went to Tau for the very first time tonight and I absolutely LOVED it! It has a great location on St. Denis, pretty close to Mont-Royal metro station. The store is packed with great options for vegetarians and vegans and the produce section has a great choice of organic fruits and vegetables. Prices were more than decent. I will be going back for sure!
